“Libre” means free as in freedom — the freedom to understand, change and move what you’ve paid for. That’s the whole idea behind LibreVibe.

I’m Todd Okolowicz, based in Chester County, Pennsylvania. LibreVibe grew out of rebuilding a local shop’s website and building its digital menu boards from scratch — and realizing other small businesses could use the same approach.
When you work with me, you get the person who designs it, builds it, installs it and answers the phone about it. No account managers, no ticket queue, no offshore hand-offs.
The goal is simple: a digital presence that looks as good as your business actually is, at a cost that makes sense for a small business, built so you’re never stuck.

Ownership
Your domain is registered to you. Hosting runs under your account. Your site’s code lives in a repository you can access. If you move on, nothing is held hostage.
Open foundations
I build on widely used open-source tools — the same ones big companies rely on — instead of proprietary site builders. Any capable developer can pick up where I leave off.
AI as a tool, not a shortcut
AI helps me write, build and test faster, which keeps your cost down. Every design decision, line of copy and launch is still reviewed and owned by me.
Honest costs
Some things do cost money every year — a domain name, email delivery, hardware warranties, optional support. Your quote lists each one, so nothing surprises you later.
The honest fine print.
Not everything is free. Open-source tools cost nothing to use, but domains, some third-party services and hardware do. You’ll see those costs before you commit.
Not every deliverable is open source. The tools underneath are; the custom design and code made for your business are covered by our agreement, which spells out what you can take with you.
Simple beats clever. If a plain, well-built page does the job better than a complicated system, that’s what you’ll get — and it’ll be cheaper to keep running.
